About Me
When I picked up my camera about 17 years ago now, I had no idea what that first shot would ultimately translate into.
It was really the first time in my life I had experienced true stillness; stillness of mind, stillness of body, and stillness of soul where the moment itself was quiet, peaceful, and unobtrusive. Like when you have a perfect golf swing and you hear that beautifully soft “click“ of the club meeting the ball. It was one of those moments where something feels as if it’s falling into place and nothing is forced.
Photography came to me my freshman year in college and carried me through all the exhilarating, tenuous, trying, amazing years afterward. It’s always been my anchor, even if there were times where it was more of a long distance relationship. It’s been something I’ve always come back to.
The images compiled here are some of my favorites, those pieces of time captured in a millisecond but encompassing so much more in that still, hushed, tension of the inhale, to the focus on the subject, and the exhale of seizing it.
I hope they make you feel something too!

Why Metal Prints?
Every metal print has a specific intention behind it — from the photo’s satin finish to the metal float mount, these prints are meant to stand alone and have the entirety of the image visible, exactly as it was shot. They hang on the wall just like any other print, but in a sleek gallery style that only a thin coated aluminum sheet can pull off floating almost by itself. Not to mention, they’re durable, uv protected, and can be gently cleaned if needed.
